Conceptual Models:

We have mainly used two different conceptual models to design this website; instructing and conversing. The website has been designed so that users could find what they are looking for by clicking and choosing from menus. This will make the process faster since it is assumed the information on this site is needed fast. Another reason is for repetition. In order to get the wanted information, at times the tasks become repetitive and tiresome. Therefore, clicking and choosing from menus will help to make it more efficient.

Another conceptual model that was used was conversing. However, it was not used on a big scale rather only on some occasions, for example when users type in an address and get the result. This is sometimes useful when users know exactly what they want.
