1. Gillian is an actor starred in few local TV dramas in Seattle, Washington. Compared to her friends in their 30's, she has no clue how to use internet, send e-mail, etc - just about anything related to computer. She loves eating and enjoys trying different dishes in different restaurants. Her acting schedule is relatively limited to local but scheduling can be very different - sometimes camera shooting starts late at night (e.g. 12:30 am) or very early in the morning (e.g. 5:00 am) for better nature scene outside.
2. Tyson is a boxer living LA, California who really cares about his weight. He loves eating too much and always get pinched by the coach for his weight. He usually cooks himself as he knows what kinds of food can help him to strengthen his power with relatively low calorie consumption. However, he tries different foods in restaurants occasionally, and when he does, he normally gets picky about ordering - he is the typical type of person that chef does not want to deal with because of too much asking.
3. Scott is an employee working for federal government in Canada. He can eat almost anything in his range of experience. He does not too much care about what he eats and usually eats outside because he hates cooking; however, he is afraid of trying new foods. He doesn't care about gaining weight by eating high calorie foods, and doesn't care about what people tell about specific famous restaurant for special dishes. He is type of person who drops by any restaurant and order something familiar to him.
