Potential Customers

They represent the target audience of the web site
They are people that are unsure about what restaurant they would like to visit and they decide to use the JYWO web site to find information about restaurant locations, food specialties, prices and reviews among other options.
Their primary goal is to find the food they want. Also, they may want to use JYWO to identify other types of food or restaurants they might be interested in.

Restaurants Representatives

This category is made up of people who are responsible for updating their restaurants menu information
Once their restaurant has an account with JWYO, they will want to add or update menu and price information, including the main ingredients in the dishes they serve and the style of food and drink that they serve, as well as any additional keywords or information. Additionally, they will want to add some information describing their restaurant and its location.

Web site Owner

The web site owner has authority over the content listed on the web site, and represents the client of this development effort.
The web site owner is in charge of taking important administrative decisions and delegating tasks to the web site administrators. The owner of JWYO intends to sell the service to restaurants and attract regular users, increasing the value of the service. They may want to track customers who use the site, as well as ensure that both users and restaurants are satisfied.

They are in charge of managing the web site
The webmaster has different duties such as ensuring the correct functioning of the database, verifying the content submitted by restaurant representatives before it is published and giving support to the users of the web site.
The web site administrator also has the ability modify any aspect of the web site or database at the owner's direction.
