04-34045 engaged in data gathering in the form of conducting two interviews. 04-34045 interviewed two graduate students to get their views on a Uvic Messenger service. He also used the information obtained from his interviews to participate in a group discussion on requirements. 04-34045 was responsible for coming up with volere templates, scenarios and hierarchical task analysis diagrams for an equal share of the requirements. 04-34045 also put together our user profiles and list of stakeholders. 04-34045’s contribution to the team website was composing our introduction and mandate.

02-32707 did his data gathering in the form of two workshops of two undergraduate students. He presented the information he got from these two workshops to the group for discussion. 02-32707 was responsible for putting an equal share of the user requirements into the form of a Volere template. He also created scenarios for each of these requirements and a hierarchical task analysis. 02-32707 is also responsible for putting the group’s deliverables into a webpage form for final submission.

02-32191 engaged in data gathering in the form of conducting interviews with two undergraduate students. He used the information gathered in interviews to contribute to the group discussion on requirements. In addition to this he was responsible for putting an equal share of the requirements into the form of a volere template, scenario and hierarchical task analysis. The team also put him in charge of typing up each group member’s contribution for phase I of the project.
