Analysis #: A1

  1. In order to make contact with a classmate
    1. Start the University messenger system

1.1              Enter user name

1.2              Enter password

    1. Expand class list for the course in which the contact is in
    2. Lookup a contact in the list and double click on their name          
    3. Start conversation with the contact

Plan 0: Do 1-3-4. If not logged in, do 1.1-1.2-2-3-4

  1. In order to view a user’s contact information that is displayed to all

1.     Start the University messenger system

1.1              Enter user name

2.     Expand class list for the course in which the contact is in

3.     Lookup a contact in the list and hover the mouse of the name          

4.     Popup text will display the available information, other than the full name of the user

4.     Double click on the name of the person with whom the text will be shared to open a conversation window

5.     Select the message area and paste the text
