Location

The conference will take place at the University of Victoria campus. The University of Victoria is home to a very active group (the Combinatorial Algorithms Group) comprised of discrete mathematicians, and theoretical computer scientists. The local area also has many researchers in these areas and schedules regular Combinatorial Potlatches. The University of Victoria will also host CanaDAM (May 31, to June 3, 2011), a Canadian Discrete Mathematics conference which alternates in years with the SIAM conference on Discrete Mathematics.

Situated in picturesque part of Vancouver Island, the University of Victoria is only 25 minutes from the Swartz Bay ferry terminal, 20 minutes from the Airport and Downtown Victoria. The campus is ideally situated to enjoy numerous outdoor activities. Relax on the sandy beaches of Gyro Park; hike to the top of Mount Tolmie; enjoy a jog along the alumni chip trail or ride your bike to Mount Douglas Park.

The talks will take place June 20-22 in Elliot 167 and Elliot 168. These rooms are in the Elliot lecture theatre which is the smaller square building connected to the Elliot office wing. If you are driving, the closest parking lot is Lot 1.
